Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Plant-Based Chick'n Like Sweet Earth
  • ½ Cup Vegan Mayo
  • ¼ Cup Green Onions Sliced, about 3-4 Stalks
  • 1 Large Carrot Shredded
  • ½ Red Onion Diced
  • 2 tablespoon Blackened Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Whole Grain Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • ½ teaspoon Granulated Onion Optional
  • ½ teaspoon Granulated Garlic Optional

Instructions
 

  • Chop the plant-based chick'n into smaller pieces
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine
  • Serve in a tortilla, on a sandwich, or on a bed of greens. Best the next day!
