Ingredients
  

  • 16 Ounces Pasta
  • 1 Package Daiya American Style Cheese Slices
  • 1 Cup Cashews
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 2-3 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon White or Mellow Miso Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Vegan Bouillon I like Better Than Bouillon No-Chicken Base

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package. Drain and return to pot
  • In a blender, add remaining ingredients and blend on high until super creamy (at least 1-2 minutes). If not using a high-speed blender, soak cashew in hot water for at least 30 minutes to soften
  • Pour blended cheese sauce over pasta and stir to combine. Let sit for about 5 minutes for sauce to thicken
