Instructions
Cook pasta according to package. Drain and return to pot
In a blender, add remaining ingredients and blend on high until super creamy (at least 1-2 minutes). If not using a high-speed blender, soak cashew in hot water for at least 30 minutes to soften
Pour blended cheese sauce over pasta and stir to combine. Let sit for about 5 minutes for sauce to thicken
