This vegan cheesy olive bread is super flavorful, salty, crunchy, and just plain delicious! Plus, it's really easy to make and it's always a hit, especially with our olive lover friends.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Loaf French Bread
  • 8 Ounces Black Olives Sliced
  • 8 Ounces Green Olives Sliced
  • 3 Stalks Green Onions Sliced
  • ½ Cup Vegan Butter
  • ½ Cup Vegan Mayo
  • 16 Ounces Vegan Mozzarella Shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Slice bread into 2 halves lengthwise and place on a baking sheet
  • Combine butter, mayo, cheese, olives, and green onions in a small bowl and mix well
  • Spread mixture evenly onto both halves of the french bread
  • Transfer to oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. I like to broil for the last minute or two - just watch closely to prevent burrning!
