3-4tablespoonPlain, Non-Dairy Milk I like soy milk
1Tbsp Each:Minced Garlic and Shallot (or Red Onion)
1Tsp Each:Dried Dill, Dried Parsley, and Lemon Juice
½teaspoonSea Salt
Instructions
Mix everything together and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to develop flavor. For a thinner dressing, add more milk, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
