19 Oz BagCorn ChipsLike Fritos. Crushed
2HeadsRomaineChopped
14 Oz Can Black OlivesSliced
2-3Roma TomatoesDiced
1Green PepperDiced
1-2JalapeñosSliced
Vegan Thousand Island
¾CupVegan Mayo
2tablespoonWhite Onion, Minced
2tablespoonDill PickleFinely Chopped
2tablespoonKetchup
1teaspoonLemon Juice or Vinegar
½teaspoonGarlic Powder
½teaspoonSweet Paprika
¼teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
Instructions
Start by stirring together all vegan thousand island ingredients. Set aside or refrigerate until ready to mix
Brown the Gardein Beefless Gound with ¾ cup water and 1 packet of taco seasoning for about 8-10 minutes over medium heat
Wash and prepare all veggies
When ready to serve, mix beefless ground, undrained chili beans, and dressing with all remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Optional toppings include avocado, green onions, cilantro, lime, and hot sauce
