Warm Berry Compote
2CupsMixed Berries, Fresh or Frozen
1tablespoonAgave
1tablespoonFresh Lime or Orange Juice
1Tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions
Peanut Butter Granola
Preheat the oven to 325°F
In small bowl, combine the oats, nuts, and sea salt.
In another small, microwave-safe bowl, hear the peanut butter, syrup, and coconut oil until warm and runny, about 30-45 seconds. Remove and stir in vanilla
Pour the peanut butter mixture over the oats and stir to combine.
Spread granola out evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Warm Berry Compote
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add berries, agave, and juice.
Let simmer for about 10 minutes, breaking up or mashing the fruit occasionally with a whisk or fork.
Remove from heat and stir in the chia seeds.
