Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl

  • 2 Cups Frozen Cauliflower
  • 2 Cups Almond Milk
  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 1 Cup Ice Cubes
  • ¼ Cup Tahini
  • 4 Dates
  • 1 Scoop Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Sea Salt

No-Bake Granola

  • ¼ Cup Walnuts
  • ¼ Cup Almonds
  • ¼ Cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 Dates
  • 2 tablespoon Unsweetened, Shredded Coconut
  • 2 teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • Pinch of Cinnamon

For Serving

  • Sliced Bananas, Blueberries, and Black Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  • Place all smoothie bowl ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high until creamy. You may have to use the tamper to incorporate all ingredients. You want a thicker-than-smoothie consistency to hold all the toppings.
  • Add the no-bake granola ingredients to a food processor and pulse to combine.
  • Pour into bowls and top with granola, sliced bananas, black sesame seeds, and blueberries.
