Ingredients
  

  • 12 Ounces Firm Tofu Drained
  • Cup REFINED Coconut Oil Melted
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1-2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast (Optional)
  • Additional Herbs or Spices like Dill or Oregano (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth but with a little graininess for an authentic feta texture. Scrape down sides as needed
  • Place mixture into a sealable container. Cover and transfer to fridge to firm up for at least 4-6 hours, or overnight

Notes

*Be sure to use REFINED coconut oil so that it doesn't taste like coconuts
