Whisk all ingredients together except for bread in a shallow bowl large enough to dip bread into
Heat a small amount of butter or coconut oil in a pan or griddle over medium heat
Dip bread into the batter, coating both sides. You may need to quickly whisk batter before dipping each new piece of bread
Add bread to the pan or griddle and cook each side for about 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Repeat with remaining slices

Mix all ingredients together and set aside until ready to use
For Serving
