French Fries and/or Sweet Potato FriesPrepared according to package
Instructions
Homemade Cheese Curds/Mozzarella
Stir soy milk and coconut oil together over medium heat until oil has melted
Whisk in remaining ingredients
Keep whisking for a few minutes until mixture combines and becomes 'stretchy'
Transfer to the fridge until ready to use *See Notes*
Chorizo Chili Gravy
Melt butter over medium-high heat
Add onion and sauté for 1-2 minutes
Add vegan chorizo and cook for another 1-2 minutes
Combine flour and spices. Sprinkle over chorizo mixture and stir to coat
Whisk in vegetable stock
Reduce heat and add chili beans. Simmer until thickened, about 10-15 minutes
Pour gravy over fries and add dollops of vegan cheese. Optional: Broil for 1-2 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
*This cheese is meant for melting and will be very sticky to the touch. You can use this stuff for pizza, lasagna, french onion soup, cheesy bread and so much more!
